Hi

My status window has stopped being updated with the last power fail/restore time and date.

Accoring to the current entries the power was restored a month BEFORE it failed. Last failure 30/10/2008, Last restore 25/9/2009
Even the log makes no sense. 1 entry, power failed on the 19th of December and was never restored??

Another issue I've always had is the "Life remaining" always sits at 28 minutes, even when windows correctly shows the time decreasing when on batteries.

I'm on version 1.0.25 which I've tried disabling and re-enabling but there is no change.

Am I better re-installing the plug-in?

Cheers

Andy

There is nothing I can do about this as I am only reporting what windows tells me. For some reason the life remaining is always 28 and never changes according to the Windows API call.

Hi Bob

You can rest easy it's not your plug-in.

There is something wrong with my Hs machine. I don't know why yet but I've started to notice some subtle changes and problems over the last couple of days.

Thanks for your help

Andy

Is there already a solution for the 28 minutes Life remaining problem?
I have the same issue: always showing 28 minutes while Windows is showing an other value.

I like this plug-in but realy want to have the right information.

Thanks.

I've just bought a APC Back-UPS 650 CS with USB connection to use your plugin.
I have a Eeebox with XP Pro SP3 French which recognize the UPS.
The "Life remaining" always sits at 28 minutes even if Windows gives another value.
Have you found a solution ?
